Cannabis, since decades, has been considered injurious to health for the harmful effects it poses on the consumer’s body. There are a lot of countries that have banned its use while making it illegal; imposing punishments on people who use it.
It has been recently that Marijuana has been legalized in Canada for its varying use, mostly productive. The companies selling cannabis, have now been set on to the mission of communicating its brighter image to the wide range of audience that can make good use of it. From skincare to medicines, cannabis can be used in a variety of ways, only by using the right method of communication.
HIKU, a company that encompasses some major cannabis selling brands in Canada, are reinventing accessories that relate with smoking. Now that Cannabis have been made legal, hiding the products and neglecting their marketing remains no option. Therefore, in order to ensure marketing at a greater level, efforts are been taken by HIKU.
Previously, the icon used to denote cannabis was that of a leaf. People, since decades, have been associating the image of the leaf with drugs. However; since the use of the product has changed, its association with the leaf needs to be altered as well. In order to fuel this idea, new images have been created.
